1. What this site is

This website is an information and lead-generation site for Indochina Trades, a China-to-India import and sourcing agency. Its purpose is to:

• Explain the services we offer
• Allow prospective customers to submit enquiries
• Allow existing customers to check shipment status
• Provide general information about importing from China

This site is not an online store. You cannot purchase goods or services directly through this website. All transactions are agreed separately, in writing, between you and Indochina Trades.

2. No binding contracts formed on this site

Submitting an enquiry form on this website does not create a binding contract between you and Indochina Trades. An enquiry is simply a request for information or a quote.

A binding contract is only formed when both parties have agreed to specific terms in a written order confirmation or service agreement signed (or confirmed in writing) by an authorised representative of Indochina Trades.

Until such an agreement is in place, Indochina Trades is under no obligation to provide any service, and you are under no obligation to proceed.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Indochina Trades is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
• Indochina Trades is not liable for any decisions you make based on information or estimates provided on this website.
• Indochina Trades is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
• Our total liability to you in connection with this website shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
