What we do

End-to-end import services

We handle every step of the import process — from finding the right supplier in China to delivering the goods to your door in India. You can use all of our services together, or just the parts you need.

01

Sourcing & Supplier Selection

Finding the right supplier is the most important step

You tell us what you need — product type, specifications, target price, and quantity. Our team in China visits the relevant markets and factories, shortlists three to five verified suppliers, and sends you a comparison sheet with prices, minimum order quantities (MOQs), lead times, and factory photos.

We do not just search Alibaba. We physically visit factories, check their production capacity, and verify that they have exported to India before. A supplier who has never dealt with Indian customs requirements is a risk you do not need.

You choose the supplier. We never make that decision for you — we give you the information to make it yourself.

02

Inspection & Quality Check

Catch problems at the source, not at the port

Before you pay the balance to the supplier, our team inspects the goods at the factory or warehouse. We check quantity (is everything there?), quality (does it match the sample?), packaging (will it survive the journey?), and labelling (does it meet Indian import requirements?).

You receive a photo and video report of the inspection. If we find problems, we negotiate with the supplier to fix them before the goods leave China. This is far cheaper than dealing with damaged or incorrect goods after they have crossed two borders.

Inspection is not optional for us — it is a standard part of every order we handle.

03

Purchasing & Payment

Pay in INR — we handle the foreign exchange

We handle the supplier payment on your behalf. You pay us in Indian Rupees; we manage the foreign exchange conversion and pay the supplier in Chinese Yuan (RMB) or USD, depending on what they require.

This means you do not need a foreign currency account, an AD (Authorised Dealer) bank relationship, or experience with international wire transfers. We handle all of that.

We use standard trade payment terms — typically 30% advance to start production, 70% balance after inspection and before shipment. We never release the balance payment until the inspection is complete and you have approved the goods.

04

Loading & Consolidation

Combine multiple suppliers into one shipment

If you are buying from multiple suppliers — which most importers do — we bring all the goods to our warehouse in China, consolidate them into a single shipment, and load them into one container or one air cargo booking.

This saves you significant freight cost. Shipping five separate small orders is far more expensive than shipping one consolidated order of the same total volume.

We handle all the packing, labelling, and loading documentation. The container is sealed and documented before it leaves our warehouse.

05

Export Customs (China)

Compliant export documentation from the Chinese side

Every shipment leaving China requires export customs clearance. We prepare and file all the required documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any product-specific certificates required for your goods.

We work with licensed customs brokers in China who know which products require additional documentation (CE certificates, test reports, etc.) and ensure everything is in order before the shipment departs.

06

Import Customs (India) & Delivery

From the Indian port to your door

When the shipment arrives at an Indian port (typically Mumbai, Nhava Sheva, Chennai, or Delhi for air), we coordinate with our customs broker to file the Bill of Entry, pay the applicable import duties, and clear the goods.

Import duty (also called Basic Customs Duty or BCD) is a government charge based on the product type and declared value. It is not our fee — it is paid directly to the government. We show you the exact duty amount before the shipment arrives so there are no surprises.

Once cleared, the goods are loaded onto a truck and delivered to your address anywhere in India. We provide you with the tracking details and keep you updated at every stage.

What is DDP?

DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. It means the seller (us, on your behalf) handles everything — export customs, freight, import customs, duty payment, and final delivery. You receive the goods at your door with nothing left to do. It is the simplest and most complete import arrangement available.
